Salsa Fresco. It’s the Thing.

Salsa Fresco

2 large, firm tomatoes
2 small or one very large avocado
5 green onions
1 large jalapeno pepper
1 small bunch (~1/2 cup) cilantro
Course sea salt, to taste

Chop up all the vegetables.
Add sea salt.
Mix well.

Voila. Enjoy with your Juanita’s gluten-free tortilla chips. 🙂
